Howard Hubbard Memorial Hospital proudly celebrates another milestone as Deputy Chief Executive Officer Paul Vincent A. Torres received the Yakap Digital Champion Award during Pasidungog: Araw ng Parangal Year 2, held today at the Fiesta Filipino Ballroom, The Farm, Koronadal City, South Cotabato.
The recognition was conferred by PhilHealth Chief Operating Officer Atty. Eli Santos together with PhilHealth Region XII Regional Vice President Dr. Hector Zenon P. Malate, in acknowledgment of Howard Hubbard Memorial Hospital’s steadfast commitment to PhilHealth programs and its continued service to the Filipino people.
In the same ceremony, Howard Hubbard Memorial Hospital was also honored with the Stakeholder Recognition Award, highlighting the institution’s strong partnership with PhilHealth and its consistent efforts to advance accessible, responsive, and people-centered healthcare in the region.
